These terms apply to every standalone HubSpot CMS module published by digitalmakers.cat, including Before After Image Slider (each a "Module"), whether free or paid, obtained through the HubSpot Template Marketplace.
The Modules are published by Enginytic SL, with registered office at C/ Santa Clotilde, núm. 6, baixos 2, 08012 Barcelona (Barcelona) and tax ID B65506909, trading as digitalmakers.cat ("we", "us"). Contact: info@digitalmakers.cat.
You obtain the Module through the HubSpot Template Marketplace. HubSpot's Template Marketplace terms govern the purchase, payment, refunds and delivery of the Module. These license terms add the conditions under which you may use the Module itself. If the two conflict, HubSpot's terms prevail on purchase, payment and refunds.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:
Agencies may use the Module on sites they build for clients, provided the Module is installed in the client's own HubSpot account through the Marketplace.
You are responsible for the images, texts and other content you place in the Module, and for having the rights and permissions needed to publish them. This includes the consent of any person shown in before and after images, for example in health, beauty or real estate contexts, and accurate alternative text for accessibility.
The demo texts and the before and after illustration shown until you choose your own images are placeholders. The illustration is an original work created by us. You may display it on pages that use the Module, but not separately from it.
The Module is self-contained and is designed to work with any HubSpot theme. Because themes, other modules and custom code can add their own styles and scripts, we cannot guarantee identical appearance in every combination. If you find a conflict, contact us and we will help you resolve it.
The Module does not load external libraries or services of its own. If you choose a Google Font in its style settings, HubSpot loads that font from Google, subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for informing your website visitors and obtaining any consent required by law (for example under the GDPR) for those services.
We may release updates to fix errors, keep compatibility with HubSpot or add features. Updates are delivered through HubSpot at no extra cost. If you change the Module's code, an update may overwrite your changes, so we recommend working on a clone of the Module.
We provide support by email at info@digitalmakers.cat in English, Spanish and Catalan, and we fix errors in the Module as required by HubSpot's Marketplace guidelines. Support covers installing and configuring the Module and the features described in its documentation. It does not cover custom development, third-party integrations or changes made to the Module's code.
We build the Module with care and test it in HubSpot. Except as required by applicable law, the Module is provided "as is", without warranty that it will meet every specific requirement or work without interruption in combination with other code, modules, themes or integrations.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Module is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profits, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
The license ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the Module and remove it from your pages and HubSpot account(s).
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, applies from that date. Changes do not affect licenses already granted for versions you obtained before the change.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to go to the courts of your place of residence.
