FAQ

Questions shippers ask us

How fast can I get a quote?

Standard FCL and LCL quotes are sent within 24 hours on working days. Project and breakbulk cargo usually takes two to three days because we check equipment and port restrictions first.

Do you handle dangerous goods?

Yes. We book IMDG cargo on all our services and prepare the dangerous goods declaration. Send the safety data sheet with your request.

Which Incoterms do you work with?

All of them. We will tell you which costs and risks are yours under the Incoterm on your contract, and quote only the legs you need.

Can I track my container online?

Yes. Use the tracking box with your container, booking or bill of lading number. You also receive status emails at each milestone.

Do you offer cargo insurance?

We arrange all-risk cargo insurance on request, priced on the commercial invoice value. Ask for it when you request your quote.
