One partner from protocol to submission.

Commission a single workstream or the full programme. Either way you get one scientific lead and one plan.

Support at every stage of the development lifecycle

Engage us for a single workstream or the full programme. Each team reports into one accountable project lead.

  • Clinical development

Protocol design, site selection and trial management for Phase I to IV studies.

  • Bioanalytics

Validated LC-MS/MS and ligand-binding assays with GLP-compliant reporting.

  • Market access & HEOR

Real-world evidence and health-economic models that support reimbursement.

  • Medicinal chemistry

Hit-to-lead and lead optimisation, with structure-activity reporting each sprint.

How a programme runs

A fixed sequence with a sign-off at each gate, so scope and budget never drift without a decision.

What sponsors say

Their scientific lead caught a dosing issue in the protocol before first patient in. That saved us a substantial amendment.

Client nameVP Clinical Operations, oncology biotech

We had live access to the data for the whole study. Database lock came three weeks ahead of plan.

Before you get in touch

Which phases and therapeutic areas do you cover?

Phase I to IV, with the deepest experience in oncology, rare disease, immunology and CNS. If your indication is outside these, we will tell you at the scoping stage.

Can you take over a study that is already running?

Yes. Rescue studies start with a two-week data and site audit, after which we agree a recovery plan and a fixed handover date.

How do you price a programme?

Fixed fees per milestone for well-defined work, and unit pricing for recruitment-dependent activities. Every change goes through a written change order.

Do sponsors get direct access to study data?

Yes. You receive read access to the EDC, the monitoring dashboards and scheduled raw exports from day one.

Which quality standards do you work to?

ICH-GCP E6(R3), GLP for bioanalytical work, and ISO 9001 for our quality management system. Audit reports are available under NDA.

Lower-impact trials, with no loss of evidence

Decentralised visits, local labs and paperless monitoring cut the footprint of a typical Phase II study by around a third.
