Since 1999 we have built homes, public buildings and industrial facilities with our own method: digital planning, a fixed price and a single point of contact from start to finish.

Our story

From a small workshop in Sants to 340 projects delivered.

We started by refurbishing flats in the neighbourhood. Today we are a team of 85 — building surveyors, site managers, engineers and our own tradespeople — who share one obsession: every project delivered exactly as promised.

We invested in technology before anyone else in the sector: BIM modelling, real-time site tracking and weekly cost control that clients can check from their phone.
