After the site visit, 7 to 10 working days for refurbishments and renovations, and 2 to 4 weeks for new builds, depending on how defined the project is.
02 Is the price really fixed?
Yes. We sign a line-by-line quote. It only changes if you decide to change the scope, and always with your written approval first.
03 Do you handle licences and permits?
We handle building permits, street-occupation permits, legalisations and, where relevant, applications for renovation grants.
04 How can I follow progress on site?
Through our client app: daily photos, a weekly report, the milestone schedule, all documents and live cost status.
05 What warranty do you offer?
Ten years on structure, three years on habitability and one year on finishes, backed by our own aftercare team that responds within 72 hours.
