Essential requirements:
KNOWLEDGES
- Essential knowledge in technology and business.
- Must have at least conceptual knowledge of marketing, sales and after-sales processes:
- Marketing to attract new customers
- Web development, wordpress, domains, servers, seo, sem, paid advertising in social networks, mailing, conversion funnels, inbound, outbound, content creation, event management, influencers, etc.
- Closing of sales.
- Pipelines, sales forecasting, productivity, etc.
- Customer satisfaction tracking processes to identify brand evangelists.
- Must be strong in Reporting.
- Good team player, who likes his job.
- Aligned with the values and culture of the company.
- Full and immediate availability essential.
ABILITIES
As a consultant:
- You will have good communication skills and negotiation skills.
- You will be comfortable working on multiple projects in parallel.
- Skilled in making both technical and functional decisions.
- Able to generate a convincing speech in front of the client, finding the fit between their needs and the services of DigitalMakers.
- He will have a strategic vision of the areas of marketing, sales and after-sales.
- Will have the ability to lead projects. It will be dynamic and with initiative. It will anticipate the challenges of the environment, for example AI.
It will be assessed:
Have knowledge of standard industry methodologies, for example:- Russell Brunson's Conversion Funnels.
- Predictable Revenue by Aaron Ross.
- Agile Methodology applied to services by Jeff Sutherland.
Ideally, you will be strong in CRM HubSpot.
He will have professional skills in Catalan, Spanish and English.
Knowledge and willingness to apply elements of Artificial Intelligence to marketing, sales and after-sales processes.
Common tasks:
- Preparation of offers:
The consultant will work with the assigned commercial. The salesperson will organize exploratory meetings with already qualified customers. The consultant, at the meeting, will be in charge of asking the right questions to identify the client's needs and how DigitalMakers can help them. Typically, you will identify what the client's SMART business goals are - increase turnover by 20%, reduce average time from opportunity entry to win, increase average ticket, increase number of leads by paid channels, increase the number of leads for inbound, improving prospecting processes, etc. -, you will understand how you plan to carry them out, what difficulties you expect to have to overcome and in what period. With all the information collected, the consultant will prepare a proposal that will include an action plan defined by himself. He will present the proposal to the client and confirm it is what the client wants. Subsequently, the commercial will complete the closing of the price, contract and administrative actions.
- Execution of projects:
The consultant will work with one or several technicians. Once the proposals are accepted by the client, the consultant with the assigned technical team will provide service to the client. Typically following the action plan defined with a relationship model based on agile methodology. The consultant will ask the right questions, define the tasks to be carried out to achieve the defined objectives, agree on the weekly task prioritization with the client, and give the necessary support to the technicians so that they can execute the tasks. - Writing of success stories:
Each new proposal, each new project is defined as a new case of success that exceeds the client's expectations. The consultant will write each new case of success. Success stories will be published and disseminated, sharing knowledge and good practices, attracting new companies with similar needs.
As soon as the consultant joins, an on-boarding process will be carried out which will consist of: obtaining the defined certifications of CRM HubSpot, supporting a senior consultant in the usual tasks defined, and gradually being able to carry out the pre-sales tasks, service execution and writing of success cases autonomously.
